Kilt Fit Adjustments
Waist Adjustment – Strap & Buckle Repositioning

Adjustment to the kilt waist fit by repositioning the existing straps and buckles for a more comfortable and accurate fit.
Kilt Resizing – Large Reduction

A major size reduction that involves opening much of the kilt, including both aprons, waistband, lining, and canvas. The kilt is carefully reshaped and re-draped to the new size before being fully reconstructed to keep the correct balance, drape, and overall look.
Major Waist Extension – Additional Tartan Added

A significant waist expansion requiring the kilt to be opened and both aprons extended using matching tartan cloth. Internal canvas, lining, and waistband are also adjusted and rebuilt to maintain the kilt’s original shape and fit.
Length Shortening – Hem & Selvage Finish

Kilt length shortened with a clean finish while preserving the correct hem and selvage edge wherever possible.
Repairs & Restoration
Invisible Mending (Moth Damage or Wear) – Per Repair

Kilt Structural Repair Re-Stitching

Front Apron Reconstruction
